SPOTIFY users worldwide are reporting issues with the popular music app despite the streaming site claiming the problems are resolved.
Users started rushing to Downdetector to report that the streaming site was “not loading” on Wednesday morning.
Music lovers took to social media to complain after thousands of reports of issues were reported in the UK, US, and Australia.
In a later tweet, Spotifywrote: “Everything’s looking much better now! Give @SpotifyCares a shout if you still need help.”
However, fans flooded the comments to report that their issues have not resolved.
One wrote: “Worked for one second and now it’s not playing anymore. Displays songs but doesn’t play the music.”
Another said: “Spotify is still not playing select songs for me or searching for known artists. Hard to add music when you can’t even listen to it.”
